I watched the first day in which Denly compiled his runs and I must say it was a very fine innings. About bloody time too. For such a talented player he has delivered far too little.

The Reverse Sweep

Denly isn't the first cricketer (and I doubt he'll be the last) who struggles after a brief call-up to the England set-up. Let's hope his confidence and form is fully restored now.
