Somehow...i think he'd go the ashraful way (full of promise but nothing to show for it)...but his innings against India in the world cup ( which screwed us) is the one which made me take notice of him...but your right, we'll probable see him in the ipl next yr ( with 2 new teams, demands gonna be more)

Thanks for the comments Hitesh. Tamim is definitely one to watch. Delhi will probably sign him to join Viru, Dilshan, Gambhir and Warner. How many openers does one side need!

I doubt he will feature in the IPL. with only 4 internationals allowed in a team, there's already a selection dilemma which persists for each team. However, Rajasthan's past history in bidding for not so big names might come good for Tamim.

You may be right, but as an Englishman he looks better than Shah or Lumb and on a par with Bopara so you never know
